Narmada Residents Welfare Association

The Narmada Residents Welfare Association was formed by the initial residents of the Complex and registered with the Registrar of Societies, New Delhi under the registration No S/ND/247/ 2013 dated 08th April, 2013.

The Narmada apartments are part of the Commonwealth Mega Housing Complex and constructed by the Delhi Development Authority in Sector D-6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in 2019.

The RWA commenced functioning in May 2013 and since then the Association has performed commendably with the active participation of the Executive Committee members.

Elections for the Governing Body members were held in May 2015 for the second time and the third elections were held in November 2017. Accordingly, the current team has been performing their duties with sincerity and efficiency.

The Team comprises of dedicated professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Defence veterans, Software Professionals, Realtors, Government Officers, and independent Entrepreneurs etc.

Complete transparency is maintained in the functioning of the RWA and all members are encouraged to peruse the documents including financials.

Accounts of the Association are being maintained meticulously since the beginning and closed every year as per Rules and Regulations. They are audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant and these are displayed to the members for their perusal.

The Narmada RWA has also been registered with the Delhi Development Authority.

The RWA also forms part of the Federation of CWG RWAs Vasant Kunj for better management and coordination of the common assets of the Complex.
